Mocha Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

This breakfast is so delicious, you may want to have it for dessert! A super simple, coffee inspired recipe from our friend Paola. 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp of date molasses (or maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of your favourite roast of Ethical Bean Coffee
Granola (chocolate is a great option) and berries for topping

Directions:

1) Add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, chia seeds, cacao, date molasses (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and Ethical Bean Coffee into a blender.

2) Blend on medium high for about 20 seconds or until smooth.

3) Let the mixture soak in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to thicken up.

4) Layer it with your favourite yogurt and top with chocolate granola and berries.
