Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats

If you’re a fan of vanilla lattes, you will love these oats. They’re loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats!

This easy coffee inspired recipe comes from our friend Paola – a fellow Canadian living down in San Diego with her family. 


1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp vanilla protein
1 tsp date molasses (or maple syrup)
A dash of cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp chia seeds and ground flaxseeds
3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup of your favourite roast of Ethical Bean coffee


1) Mix the rolled oats, vanilla protein, date molasses (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and ground flaxseeds together.

2) Add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and your favourite Ethical Bean Coffee and mix it all together.

3) Let the oats sit in the fridge overnight in a sealed container.

4) In the morning top the oats with fresh fruit and other goodies to enjoy! This bowl is topped with a sliced persimmon, pomegranate seeds, granola, chia seeds, and mini peanut butter cups.
