Our friends at Central City Brewers and Distillers challenged us to come up with a recipe using our coffee and their Lohin McKinnon Single Malt Whisky. We made the mistake of experimenting midday, kiboshing the rest of the afternoon.
The end result? A deliciously smooth and creamy coffee beverage, perfect for summer patio (or Friday afternoon office) sips.
- – 1 oz Lohin McKinnon Whisky
- – 3 oz Iced Exotic Ethical Bean Coffee
- – 2 oz Almond Milk
- – 1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Combine all ingredients into an iced filled shaker – shake it up – pour into your favourite glass with ice – enjoy!
