Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns except in the case of damaged product or quality issues. If you receive damaged goods please notify us immediately with the details, quoting your invoice number. We will replace your coffee purchase (with your receipt) within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do not have a receipt, please contact us at:

- For refunds and exchanges, we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited Policy.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

You authorize Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited to submit a claim for taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited will refund the purchase price and taxes directly to you.
